Are NDS Roms Safe To Download

The most popular handheld gaming consoles today is the Nintendo DS also known as NDS. Sony Playstation portable or PSP has lost its number one position as the top handheld gaming console. In terms of sales and units moved Nintendo DS is now the number one. The growing popularity of NDS has made Nintendo DS games a popular target for piracy.

NDS Rom games or NDS Roms are basically copies of an original NDS game. You download them off the internet and from there, you can either copy it to your NDS console or you can play them on your computer using system emulators. It is very easy to find these files on the internet. Just go to your favorite search engine and begin a search for free NDS Roms. There will be hundreds and even thousands of websites offering them.

Everybody will agree that it is really enticing to download games for free which usually would cost you up to $40 when buying them at a regular store. However,  you have to keep in mind that you are violating copyright laws and you might get into big trouble

As mentioned earlier, an NDS Rom is a pirated copy of an NDS game so this makes them illegal. Also, these games often have viruses attached to them, making them a security risk for your computer and also your NDS.
