No Cost Live Chat For All Your Your Websites
I have 3 different web sites that are on different servers and sell different products. I wanted a Live chat option so my site guest could ask questions and get instant info.
I did the common Google and Bing search for live chat programs. The first I found was free for one week then the monthly charges would start and go on for evermore. That was the characteristic program. Least the programme and pay an a month charge. Some were terribly lower cost starting at 45.00 every month while others were slightly below $100.00 every month.
having a look at the net reviews did not help much because you never know if the review is a genuine review or merely another internetsite looking for sales based commissions. You know the standard 20-30% for sending someone to the site that turns into a purchase. I do the same but limit my links to products I really use and feel better about recommending.

At the same time I was hunting for an easy PHP form programme that would force no learning curve and I found one thru Coffee cup software. The form programme is amazing. Straightforward to use and works perfect each time. They also had a Live chat for an one-time fee so I gave it a go. It was OK but not what I consider professional level. The most important downside was it took chat clients to another page for the chat. If I spend money to bring them to my selling page I want them to stay there in the chat. That alone was a deal wrecker.
I found another program for an one-time purchase fee of about $50.00 but I had second thoughts about ordering because all excepting one of the customer comment sites suggesting the programme didn't have it installed. Lets see 20 internet sites pronouncing how great a programme is and it's no where to be found on 19 of them.
I was getting ready to give into an a month fee when I found this site. Comm one hundred. Comm one hundred is a site that offers a full feature Live chat for free . I signed on thinking they'd wish to have a Visa card but the question never came up. It is really a free service and on the site it list that all services may continue to be free.
I put it on my jewelry site and it workedgreat. Next on my promotion site with the same excellent results.
I began to use the service on my website and it is fantastic. You cut and paste a HTML code into your website and itis ready to use. Connect to the monitor page and it resides on your desktop until you want it. One option is a knock alert. Itwill knock, yes as if somebody is knocking at your front door when a visitor comes to your website. You may also turn that function and monitor by sight only if you like. You can then press a button and send an icon to the page to determine if the individual want to ask any questions. Another choice is do nothing until you hear a ring tone and that suggests somebody has asked to attach for a live text or voice chat. Yes its got a voice chat option built into the programme.
I have been using this programme for approximately two weeks and it has performed great. I'm not sure how they make money because Icant say I have seen any ad banners or up sell features. I only wish some for pay programs would work this well.
